LIFE CASTING WITH MICHAEL COPPAGE

Fire Lab is part of the creative team bringing artist, Michael Coppage's "12 Commandments" series of bronze statues to life. Jamie did life castings of the artist and made waxes for the lost wax bronze casting process. The first three hyper-realistic sculptures in Coppage's series have appeared at Art Basel in Miami, the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Weston Gallery and the Freedom Center. There are nine more sculptures to come in this powerful commentary on police brutality.
